Additional fees and fine print
Practically everything we do is covered in our monthly fee. The only exceptions are:
- Clients can self-print and distribute W-2 and 1099 forms for free, but we charge a small fee if you want us to print and mail them for you.
- We charge insufficient funds fees if you can’t cover the cost of a pay run.
- You pay for any health, retirement, or workers’ comp policies you choose to add on.
